About Rainforest Protectors of Sri Lanka

Rainforest Protectors of Sri Lanka is a group of volunteers and sponsors dedicated to protecting Sri Lanka's last remaining rainforests. The objective of Rainforest Protectors of Sri Lanka is to protect our last remaining rainforests through Conservation, Education and Restoration. The volunteers of Rainforest Protectors also act as a Rapid Action Team (RAT) ready to respond to urgent threats faced by our forests and wildlife.

Welcome to Rainforest Protectors of Sri Lanka. We are at the begining and exciting stage of launching our organisation. I invite all individuals, groups and companies concerned about protecting our rainforests to come and join Rainforest Protectors and participate by either volunteering your time to organize activities or donating funds to setup a rainforest conservation center and restore habitat near Sinharaja / Kanneliya rainforest.
