Conservation Partners

Conservation Partners are conservation minded individuals who would like to invest their extra money to purchase private land close to rainforest buffer / corridor areas with the intention of protecting nature while securing long term investment gain. Rainforest Protectors will maintain a periodically updated land bank with some property information displayed on this page. If the individual (conservation partner) is interested in a property, he/she will need to contact us and sign a letter with a common understanding that he/she will keep the land in the natural state with the exception of building a holiday home if desired. Once the letter is signed, we will release the contact information of the seller. All negotiations thereafter is strictly between the buyer and seller.

Once the Conservation Partner purchases the land, he/she will work with Rainforest Protectors to come up with a plan to introduce native trees to the land as well as create and maintain a trail system to enjoy the beauty of the land and it's wildlife. We will also help plant valuable native timber trees and fruit trees to provide short term / long term income to the Conservation Partner while helping protect the land's bio-diversity.

If the Conservation Partner needs to sell their protected land, we will help find a similar conservation minded individual to purchase the property, helping to keep the land in it's natural state for the long term.
